Ceramics and Glass Design Program
General Information
The training period of the program is 2 years and is divided into theoretical and practical courses. 1 and 2 of the educational process. half-year courses; Ataturk's principles and history of Turkish language, foreign language, computer and General Office programs such as ceramics and glass courses art history, Ceramics, design and styling, technical drawing and perspective, shaping and Molding plaster model application in ceramic technology, Pattern, design, and modeling, such as courses. 3 of the program. and 4 it consists of courses on basic design such as clay lathe shaping, Computer Aided Design, ceramic sculpture and techniques and marbling in half years. Students who have completed the program are awarded an associate degree "ceramic, glass and tile technician". The Faculty of Fine Arts has the right to transfer to the related departments such as ceramics, ceramics and glass, ceramic and glass design through the vertical transfer exam.
History
Program; The Ceramic and Glass Art Design Program was opened in 2019 and student admission started in 2020.

Double Major / Minor Programs
Double Major Program: Allows students to obtain a bachelor's degree in another department they are interested in, in addition to their main department. In this program, students can complete courses from two different departments and obtain diplomas in both fields.
Minor Program: Allows the student to take a certain number of courses in another field of interest other than his/her main department. Students who complete the minor program are awarded an official certificate in this field; however, this does not imply a second bachelor's degree.

Exchange Programs
It offers students the opportunity to study at another university at home or abroad for a certain period of time. Thanks to these programs, students have the opportunity to get to know different cultures, improve their foreign language skills and gain international academic experience. The most common exchange programs include programs such as Erasmus+, Mevlana and Farabi.

Career
Employment areas of the graduates: The employment areas of the graduates of the ceramic, glass and tile program are spread over a wide area. Graduates of the program can open workshops by making their own initiatives, or they can find work opportunities in workshops and factories in the ceramic, glass and tile sectors. They can work in all units of design and production in factories
